Video game developer Harmonix topped the charts with its smash hit Guitar Hero franchise. Now it's determined to deliver an even bigger encore in the form of Rock Band for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, which lets wannabe superstars the world over sync up and play bass, guitar and drums or screech along to the tune of the hottest alternative, punk, garage and rock 'n roll songs recorded over the last five decades.
