This week I go through a loooong gift giving tip section, cuz some of you geeks just ain’t getting it right. How to choose a good tech gift, what not to get, and how to woo the ladies (besides deodorant)! I summarize several guides across the net, delve into the Designtechnica guide and give my own picks. Tips on everything from laptops to TVs!

Stream MCE apps to the Xbox 360, and take a listen to the security features preventing hackers from Pwning this thing.

TiVo lets you choose which ads you want. Hopefully none is an option. NBC considering suing TiVo for cutting into their business of charging for the content they provide for free, and doing it for free. Intel talks about VIIV. Joy! And Apple is rumored to have a HTPC Mac mini in the wings. Shazzam!

Cyber Monday was a flop. Maybe it’s because there are too many violent video games. Nah.
